Europe Japan Centre publishes a number of significant reports of particular interest for Japanese companies in Europe.
 
Every year, EJC publishes the annual Survey of Salaries and Rewards of Local Staff in Japanese Companies in Europe.

The survey provides comprehensive information on salary increases, bonuses, common benefits and incentives offered to staff in Japanese companies. Three versions are available: in-depth guides for Japanese companies in the London area and Germany, plus a five-country survey covering London, Germany, the Paris area, the Netherlands and Belgium.

EJC also publishes two Personnel Handbooks aimed at Japanese companies operating in Europe. The UK version of the handbook was published in September 2007, while the Germany version will be published in October 2008. Each version is updated and re-published every two years.
