Europe Japan Centre publishes a number of significant reports each year
 
In January 2006 EJC in conjunction with Nihon Keizai Shimbun Europe published the latest editions of the annual Survey of Salaries and Rewards of Local Staff in Japanese Companies in Europe.

The survey provides comprehensive information on salary increases, bonuses, common benefits and incentives offered to staff in Japanese companies. Three versions are available: in-depth guides for Japanese companies in the London area and Germany, plus a five-country survey covering London, Germany, the Paris area, the Netherlands and Belgium.

EJC also publishes together with Nihon Keizai Shimbun Europe two Personnel Handbooks aimed at Japanese companies operating in Europe. The UK version of the handbook was published in September 2005, while the Germany version was published in September 2004. Each version is updated and re-published every two years.
